Simply upload all your information and the artworks you wish to appear.
Remember to create a brief introduction, followed by a resume detailing your education, your solo and group exhibitions, bibliography, website and Facebook page. Do not forget to upload your artwork images at the time. You can now add up to 100 images about your work and/or video links to Youtube or Vimeo.
A total of 30 artists will be selected for each exhibition (as indicated in the relative terms and conditions and schedule). Only premium portfolios (£45 per year) do participate the selections.
The earlier you get your premium membership portfolio on FACTORY-ART PROJECTS, the sooner you will start enter the selections.
You can choose to make your profile public or to keep your portfolio visible to the gallery’s staff and jury only. Either way you will participate the selections, however we firmly suggest you to make it public to achieve wider recognition and visibility.
A nominal annual subscription £45 fee allows you to get your UPGRADED premium portfolio membership and be eligible for participation in all the Factory-Art Projects events and activities. The membership fee is NOT refundable.
To keep your Factory-Art Projects portfolio active and continue to participate to all Factory-Art Projects’s selections, opportunities and projects without need to remember the date is due to expire you can authorise the Automatic Renewal Option.
The Automatic Renewal Option will guarantee you also the best price for your subscription. By authorising the Automatic Renewal Option, subscriptions on Factory-Art Projects portfolio renew automatically when your current subscription term is complete. If you do not want to renew your subscription you may cancel your Automatic Renewal Option subscription before the end of the subscription term.
15 days prior to its expiry, you will receive at least one email confirming the amount and on which date you will be charged. You can then cancel the Automatic Renewal Option or do nothing. You can easily cancel the Automatic Renewal Option by following the links in the email.
The portfolio membership is open to all artists, without any limit of age, sex, nationality or other qualifications.
Each artist can complete its own portfolio by filling the relative information and uploading up to 100 images to participate in all selections, activities and promotions Factory-Art Projects will organize during the time of the membership.
Accepted artwork dimensions:
No restrictions, however we prefer the selected works not to exceed the following dimensions:
• two-dimensional suggested: 120x120 cm
• three-dimensional suggested: 100 cm in any direction
• max weight: 30 kg
For the exhibition it's preferred that most of artworks are small in size.
1. Work must be wired and ready for hanging. No ceiling mounts or special installation requirements unless agreed to beforehand by Factory-Art Projects.
2. Sculptors may provide their own pedestals, or must agree to use those provided by Factory-Art Projects.
3. A label must be affixed to the back of the work that indicates which end is the top and includes the following: Artist Name, Title, Medium, Dimensions.
This information must correspond with the Accepted image as listed on Notification email. No artwork may be replaced. In case the selected work is not available, Factory-Art Projects may agree to accept a different work from the artist or select a different artist.
4. All artwork must be priced for sale. Any work marked “price on request” or not for sale will not be eligible for entry into the exhibition.
5. Work cannot be withdrawn, nor sales shipped, before the end of the exhibit.
6. Selected artists will be published usually 15 days after each deadline as indicated in the relative schedule.

DELIVERY OF ACCEPTED WORK
1. Works can be hand delivered and unpacked by artist as indicated in the confirmation email.
2. All work not able to be hand-delivered as noted above should be delivered, arranged and the cost covered directly by each artist as indicated in the confirmation email that selected artists will receive. Factory-Art Projects staff will assist in unpacking artworks. The artist assumes all responsibility for insuring artworks against shipping damage or loss.
LATE ARRIVAL AND RETURNS
Factory-Art Projects reserves the right to reject and return works that are late, are deemed unstable upon arrival, are not properly presented, or differs from the submitted digital image. Returns will be solely at the artist's expense.
SALES, COMMISSIONS AND DELIVERY
Factory-Art Projects will retain a 25% commission on all sales during the exhibitions. The price agreed before the exhibition will be the sale price. No changes will be allowed. Sold works will remain until the end of the exhibition. Factory-Art Projects will pack and ship works at the expense of the buyer.
REMOVAL (UNSOLD WORKS)
Unsold works will be returned to artists. Factory-Art Projects shall contact each artist, in order to agree to the removal of exhibited artwork. Any work not removed during the specified agreed time would be stored at Factory-Art Projects's discretion and the artist’s own expense. Shipment cost to and from the exhibition venue are to be covered directly by the artist.
Factory-Art Projects is not responsible for any damage, breakage, replacement or cost associated with any damage or breakage that may have occurred during transport or unpacking. Every precaution will be taken in handling the entries, but Factory-Art Projects assumes no liability for any loss or damage to any artist's work while in our care, custody or control, before, during or after the exhibition. Each artist, if they wish, needs to provide their own insurance. However, to reassure the participants, no work of art has ever been damaged, stolen or lost during the exhibitions.
USE OF IMAGES
Any image uploaded on the website may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. This use may include publication in any publications, printed materials, advertisements, or electronic media. Copyright and all other rights remain that of the artist.

The decisions of the Jury are irrevocable. The selected artists have the right to renounce but without asking Factory-Art Projects any kind of compensation. In that case the selection may be re-assigned according to the ranking made by the Jury. Each Artist gives to Factory-Art Projects the right of replication of the works and texts as they are published in the relative Factory-Art Projects online portfolio for the realisation of the catalogues, other forms of communication and activities of the organisation. Each Artist gives to the Factory-Art Projects the authorisation to the treatment of the personal data according to the UK privacy law. The goal of Factory-Art Projects is to be able to make remarkable exhibitions. In case Factory-Art Projects does not achieve the required quality in the proposed works, Factory-Art Projects reserves the right to postpone the exhibition, and to provide a new deadline for exhibition entries, to exhibit less artists than planned, change the date and / or the locations of the exhibition, or cancel the exhibition. Selected artists have to be active paid premium members at the time of the relative exhibitions
By filing the online Factory-Art Projects portfolio, the artist agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this prospectus. Factory-Art may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Factory-Art makes, as they are binding on you.
Factory-Art makes available through the Site an online portfolio "Services". The Services are provided by Factory-Art Ltd, located at 207 Regent Street, W1 4ND London UK. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

If you have a Factory-Art Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo and actions you take on Factory-Art or on third-party applications connected to your Factory-Art Account in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your Factory-Art Account.
MODIFYING AND TERMINATING OUR SERVICES
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we would be sorry to see you go. Factory-Art may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
